If your order has not yet entered processing, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Yes. We offer free shipping throughout the United Kingdom on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping: 5–9 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can also track your shipment at any time through our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • In their original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags attached.

  • Returned in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. In these cases, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.
