At Avelune Fashion, we are committed to delivering your favorite
fashion pieces safely and reliably across the United Kingdom. Below
you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Our pieces are dispatched from outside the United Kingdom. Shipping
times and delivery services may vary depending on your location and
order volume.
2. Order Processing
Most orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to
Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing times
may be extended. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify
you via email.
Orders placed after 6 PM (UK time) will begin processing on the next
business day.
3. Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping
We proudly offer free shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum
purchase required. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout for
standard shipping.
4. Shipping & Delivery Times
Most orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
Standard delivery: 10 to 15 business days from the date of order.
A number of our pieces are made to order in small quantities and
require additional production time. For these items, delivery can
take up to 20 business days from the date of order.
Tracking information is sent by email as soon as your order ships.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by
factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs
clearance, or severe weather conditions.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to:
- PO Box addresses
- BFPO addresses
- Certain restricted or remote areas
Some items may also be subject to shipping restrictions based on
carrier regulations within the United Kingdom.
6. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect or incomplete address
information, the recipient being unavailable, or refused delivery,
the package may be returned to us.
If this happens, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout to
avoid delays.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit,
please contact us immediately at info@avelunefashion.com.
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it
as quickly as possible.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect
operational improvements or regulatory requirements. The most current
version will always be available on this page.
